PELLIS SPONSORSHIP
We will give 5% DISCOUNT on the above prices (tops only) in exchange for allowing us to put our Pellis logo on either the side panels or shoulder locations on your tops. (This is in addition to our standard branding located in the upper chest and back pocket).

PAYMENT TERMS
A deposit of 50% is required before we can commence work on your order. The balance must be paid when goods are ready for dispatch.

SIZING
Adult sizes range from XS – XXL. 34” – 46”/ 86 – 117cm
Children’s sizes range from S – L. 25 – 30”/ 64 – 76cm

Full size chart included in the information pack. Sample garments for sizing and quality available prior to ordering.

ART WORK
We accept artwork in the following formats: Adobe Illustrator & Corel Draw. All artwork must be in vector format. Artwork must not cross seams.

Templates are available (free of charge) for you fill in your own design, logos and colours.

If you don’t have access to the above, send us your design on paper and we will do this for you (charges apply at £25 per hour).

Alternatively, we have a number of ready made designs to which you can add club logos and have made up in your own club colours (No charge)

Complicated designs may incur additional set up charges. We will advise you of this once we have seen your design and make suggestions how these can be avoided/minimised.

You only need to submit artwork in one size: we will then size the artwork proportionately so each garment looks the same.

DIGITAL SUBLIMATION PRINTING
We use full colour sublimation printing to produce sharp, colourfast printing, which does not affect the technical properties of the fabric.
Once artwork has been approved, we will produce the first full size garment for your approval.

FABRICS
We use some of the best technical fabrics on the market to produce top quality garments:
QUADRATEX – breathable and wicking; for Jerseys.
THERMAL QUADRATEX - thermal, breathable and wicking; for Thermal Jackets.
BREAKWIND – thermal, wind and water resistant; for Winter Jackets

Free fabric swatches available on request.

SAMPLE GARMENTS are available on request so you can check out the quality before you order.

ORDERING PROCEEDURE:
· Ask for an information pack. Which includes full size charts, fabric swatches, order form and additional information.
· Send us details of your order and artwork – we will then send out a quote for the full amount payable.
· If you are satisfied with our quote, send 50% deposit and we will commence work on your order.
· We will do any work required on your design and return it to you for approval
· Once final artwork is approved, we will produce the first full size garment.
· Full production will commence on approval of the first sample.

LEAD TIMES
These vary depending on the time of year and whether this is your first order or a repeat order. Usually between 4 -10 weeks. We will advise you of this when you order.
