TERMS AND CONDITIONS

The following terms and conditions apply to all transactions.

Goods must be paid for in full at the time of order. They will be dispatched within 28 days by 1st class post (within the UK) or Airmail (overseas).

Prices quoted are in UK Sterling. Orders from overseas must be paid for in UK Sterling. We are currently not VAT registered, therefore there is no VAT to add.

We reserve the right to change our prices at anytime.

Returns (non customised items) are free. We offer a 100% guarantee that if you are in any way dissatisfied with the goods you have ordered, we will exchange them or give you a full refund, provided that you return them to us in their original condition and packaging, unworn and unwashed, with all labels intact. Goods must be returned within 28 days of receipt. However, exceptions will be made on items ordered in October/November as Christmas presents.

Customised items i.e. those printed with club logos, colours or designs cannot be returned unless, of course, they are faulty. (Statutory rights not affected)

Privacy. We are committed to protecting your privacy.
None of your details what so ever will be passed on to any other individual or organisation.

Fundraising. Pellis is a Christian run business, committed to supporting local and overseas charities. We offer discounts to any group, school or organisation wishing to raise money for a particular cause.
We also donate a percentage of our profits to the Toybox charity, which seeks to rescue street children in Latin America (see our links page)
